If you decide to spend your vacation in Crimea, then the first thing you hear about the capital of the peninsula - Simferopol. But the question arises - is there a sea there and how to get to it?

Simferopol is the main city of the peninsula. Its area is 107 km 2 . The time in Simferopol is Moscow, which is convenient for guests who come from the Russian capital, as well as for those for whom Moscow is a transit point on the way to a beach holiday.

How to get to Simferopol
The capital of Crimea can be reached in different ways:
- By plane. In Simferopol, there is an international airport that accepts flights from around the world. In the summer, the number of flights from every corner of Russia to Simferopol increases several times so that everyone can get to this transshipment point on the way to the Black Sea.
- By train. The train station in this city is one of the main attractions. Tourists will be interested to see the building, built in the style of Italian architecture, which served as a prototype of the building of the railway station in Sochi.
- By bus. You can get to Simferopol from Moscow, Krasnodar or other, more near points.
How to get to the sea from Simferopol
In the city itself there is no sea. But it is easily accessible by bus or car. There are bus stops near the railway station and the airport building, with the help of which it is easy and simple to get from Simferopol to the Black Sea.
Near the railway station there is a bus station called "Resort". From here, you can reach the coveted sea in half an hour. The closest resort village of Nikolaevka is located at a distance of thirty-five kilometers from the Simferopol station. If you arrived in Simferopol by plane, you can get to the sea without departing far from the airport - go straight to the Central Bus Station. From here you can get to the popular resort towns of Koktebel, Yalta, Feodosia and Ordzhonikidze.
An interesting way to get from Simferopol to the sea resorts is a trolley bus. On the road through panoramic windows you can admire all the beauties of Crimea: these are, first of all, southern forests, the sea and Crimean mountains.
You can choose a simple and reliable way to get to the sea - by train. On them you can easily reach Evpatoria, Alushta, Kerch, Dzhankoy and Sevastopol.
