Methodological work in a preschool educational institution is a complex system of measures interconnected among themselves, based on scientific achievements and pedagogical experience (including progressive ideas). It is aimed at improving the qualifications, professional abilities, skills of the educator and the entire teaching staff.

In preschool institutions, ways have already been formed to increase the level of skill of teachers. But often, between the various types of methodological work in DOW there is no clear relationship. Therefore, the task of the head of the kindergarten and the methodologist is the formation of a single system and the search for effective, affordable methods of mastery.
The content of the methodological work in the preschool educational institution is determined in accordance with specific goals and objectives. The results of the educational process in this institution, the qualifications of teachers and the cohesion of the whole team are also taken into account. The work is carried out in the following areas:
- educational - advanced training of educators in theoretical terms and mastery of modern methods of interaction with children;

They are divided into two groups: individual and group.
- The Pedagogical Council is the highest governing body of the entire educational process. It solves specific tasks.

- Seminars - they are discussing certain topics, experts from other institutions may be invited. And at workshops, improving the skills of teachers.
- Open lesson.
- Business games - imitation of making any important decisions in different situations.
- "Round table".
- Pedagogical newspaper - the union of the team through creativity.
- Creative microgroups - they are organized to find effective working methods.
- Work on a common methodological theme.
- Self-education of educators.
It is advisable to use all forms of organization of methodological work in the DOW (of which there are more of the above) in order to achieve the most effective results.
Output
Methodical work in a preschool educational institution (in kindergarten) is one of the important aspects to which attention should be paid. With the right organization, not without the participation of the head and the methodologist, she is able to motivate teachers to professional growth. Therefore, a search is underway for new, non-standard forms for advanced training. This does not mean that the traditional will not be needed. Only in combination with established and modern methods can a professional and close-knit teaching staff be created.
