Her education occurred in connection with the collapse of other Nazi groups whose activities were suppressed by the police. These criminal communities were already called Mad Crowd, the second group was called Schulz-88. The remaining free members of these groups gathered together with the help of Borovikov and Voevodin, and other participants who were not previously part of the Nazi groups were additionally recruited.

This time, Alexey Voevodin, the leader of the gang, decided to act differently. He forbade his subordinates to shave their heads, don any uniform, that is, outwardly gang members were no different from ordinary citizens of the country. Their appearance has not become so noticeable for law enforcement officials, and therefore it was much more difficult to catch them. The bandits got money for their activities by committing robberies and robberies. More than once they were robbed of post offices, but the robberies were only one of the many episodes of the criminal case of Voevodin and Borovikov.
The total number of criminal offenses against the participants in the organized crime group was thirteen episodes. Among them were previously spotted robberies, as well as murder, illicit firearms and banditry. This pump-action shotgun was painted with various Nazi patterns, swastikas, and slogans calling for extremism. The weapon belonged to Borovikov, when the operatives left to detain him, he was shot dead as a result of a shootout, and Alexey Voevodin was detained.
Investigation and trial
An investigation of this case took place for more than three years. The reason for this long period was the fact that Voevodin and his associates claimed many crimes committed by them. In fact, they admitted to all extremist violations of the law. The investigation tried to find out when the group really committed certain crimes, and when someone else committed them. During the trial, Voevodin repeatedly tried to delay the process, including trying to commit suicide right in the courtroom.
