traumatic gun . The Jorge pistol, reviews of which can be heard from shooting enthusiasts, exists in 2 versions: all-metal with a steel frame and a gun with a polymer frame. The weight of the gun in a steel frame is 820 g, the second option is 20 g lighter. Weapons are produced in stores of various capacities - for 13, 17 and 31 rounds (the latter has the name "assault").
General information
The Jorge pistol uses a bullet made of rubber or plastic as a striking element, which prevents it from inflicting mortal wounds. It can not be used on aircraft, hazardous facilities, chemical plants, nuclear plants. But we must also mention that the gun has great endurance, continuing to work properly after immersion in water or dirt. The gun due to traumatic ammunition can produce quite serious bruises with a hole in the soft tissue, although it does not penetrate the wounds. Initially, the Jorge pistol was prepared as a civilian weapon of self-defense. Nevertheless, the use of these weapons by special services, including other countries, is being considered in the future.
Jorge pistol: photos and description
The rectangular shutter of the U-shaped section has a modern appearance and is convenient to use. The design of the shutter eliminates the possibility of its catching on clothes or holster when removing. The Jorge pistol has features in the structure of sights: for example, the front sight is fixed with a pin on the bolt frame, which makes it impossible to lose it. The whole pistol is smooth, an important point is that it can be adjusted in two directions - horizontally and vertically. There is a rib on the trigger that improves its grip with the shooter's finger. The barrel is fixed by pressing in the earring placed in the frame.
"Jorge 3M " - one of the modifications
The main changes of this pistol can be seen in its design, in a change in the ergonomics of the weapon, and the kinematics of its individual nodes has been redesigned. Also, the manufacturer has seriously revised the materials for its manufacture. Now, stainless steel with a special surface finish is used as the basis for the production of the gun. For the manufacture of plastic parts, imported plastics with a 30% content of long carbon fiber are used (these are impact-resistant plastics).
Fuse box of increased length and modified geometry. The button for retrieving the store has increased dimensions, which makes it more visible and convenient. The Jorge ZM pistol has an improved ejector. In this modification, it is made rotating on its own axis, which makes it impossible to lose it when shooting with powerful cartridges, improves the quality and smoothness of the work of the weapon mechanisms. The chamber is massive at the same time with the barrel.
Disassembly procedure
- By pressing the button we take out the store.
- We remove the delay from the frame using the checkbox.
- Pulling the shutter to the extreme position and lifting its back, remove it from the frame.
- Separate the return spring with a guide axle (for the Horhe 3M modification they are a single unit).
The disassembly principle of the Jorge 3M model has not changed compared to other Horhe pistols.
