What measures are provided for violation of public order

Hooliganism is a violation of public order, for which Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is provided. The system of cultural relations between people, regulated by normative acts and laws, ensuring a quiet existence, is called public order.

There are also penalties for disturbing public order in the form of correctional labor or detention for up to five years.

This is the case if the crime was committed by one person. If several people participated in the violation of the order, and besides, they agreed, then a term of imprisonment of up to seven years is provided for.

Gross violations of public order include pronounced disrespect for others, disturbance, using objects similar to weapons, as well as firearms.

Hooligan actions are committed mainly in public places, otherwise, as if people would know about them. These are parks, discos, stadiums, cinemas. But this feature is not required. Public order may also be disturbed where there are no people at all.

Responsibility for violation of public order provides for administrative, property, disciplinary and criminal liability. Criminal exposed only if a firearm was used.

Violators of order in society, for example, shooting with firearms in places that are not intended for this, as well as in violation of the rules of shooting, are subject to administrative punishment . The amount of the fine imposed is about ten times the minimum wage.

In addition, the violation of public order occurs on the streets, in socio-cultural places, so hooligans also operate on public transport. Damage or destruction of property in transport, as well as of himself, also belong to this category of violations.

The most common form of disorder is non-compliance with silence in a residential building after a certain time. Music plays loudly, punch works, etc. If this law is ignored, the offender is subject to an administrative fine in the amount of 300 to 700 rubles. For the official, this fine will be from 1 thousand rubles to 3 thousand rubles. For a legal entity, penalties increased - from 5 thousand rubles to 10 thousand rubles.

Also, the violation of public order is expressed by loud shouting in public places in the daytime, using musical instruments and devices, if it interferes with others. Thus, a clear disrespect for people is expressed. In this case, violators are fined from one to two and a half thousand rubles - Article 20. item 1. administrative code.

People’s squads are starting to form again voluntarily, as it was a couple of decades ago. Their task is to suppress disturbances in public order in the evening as productively as possible and to provide the necessary assistance to the police in detaining violators.
