12 years ago, in 2004, the Russian original melodramatic television series produced by AMEDIA was released on the screens under the uncomplicated title "Dear Masha Berezina." The actors, as it may seem (and this is indeed so), migrated here from another previously released series about the poor girl Nastya. This series was very different from similar ones with a good selection of cast and unusual plot. We are talking about business, mainly about the model. In parallel with this, in each series there are stories of love and friendship, enmity and intrigue, riddles and investigations.
The storyline of the series: dreams come true
The main character of the series is an ordinary girl, Masha Berezina. She receives a certificate from one of the Moscow schools and begins to work in a modeling agency, as she dreamed. She really wants to go on the catwalk as a model.
It takes a long eight years. The series "Dear Masha Berezina" talks about what happened to the girl during this time. She worked very hard all these years, and a striking change occurred with the former schoolgirl. A model from Russia, a modest beauty managed to conquer London, Paris, Milan and Berlin. She happened to work with the best world fashion houses.

During that time, Maria from the picture "Dear Masha Berezina", whose actors created a magnificent creative team, fell in love with a Frenchman named Vincent, who was a producer. At first everything was fine, but at some point something went wrong as the Russian beauty wanted.
In Paris, which is considered one of the most romantic cities, Vincent changed Mary. For her, it turned out to be a huge pain. The girl returns to her parents in Moscow.
The series "Dear Masha Berezina", in which the actors played so naturally and believably, that even after several years after the end of the shooting they were compared with the characters, showed not only the chic and brilliance of the world of model business, but also its not too sparkling inside out.
And already at home, in one of the frank conversations with her parents, Maria admitted that there, far in France, she had a little one-year-old son. The child's father is the owner of a large modeling agency Vincent de la Ranta. He will do everything for Masha to return to France.

And at this time, very interesting events began to unfold in the capital of Russia. Over the past eight years, everything has changed here. Maria is offered a lot of interesting work, and she decides to return to the agency of her friend Catherine (this role was played by Maria Shukshina).
So the story develops in the picture “Dear Masha Berezina,” whose actors tried to convey all the emotions and moods of each character.
Here, in Moscow, Maria meets her classmates. Fate confronts her with her first school love, Dmitry Romanov (character of actor Stepan Morozov). But now, in front of Dima, is not the modest and shy girl that he remembered, but the bright beauty, the confident young woman, a star from a completely different world. Once again falling into the charm of Mary, Dmitry shares her thoughts and feelings with her, saying that all these years spent separately, he missed her. The guy again confesses his love to the subject of his admiration and really hopes for a reciprocal feeling on her part. But Masha’s heart has already been given to another, impressive foreigner who caused her so much pain.
But Dima didn’t tell everything to Masha, because now he meets (though secretly from everyone) with Tatyana, Masha’s sister, who is engaged in journalism.

These events take place in the series "Dear Masha Berezina." The actors and roles played by them in the film showed how this or that person can be kind, faithful, responsible or, conversely, substitute the bandwagon exactly at the moment when you do not expect this at all.
While the main character is trying to build her new life in bricks, her once beloved Frenchman Vincent goes after her in the hope of returning the girl back. They have planned a lot of collaboration, a large number of contracts have been concluded around the world. The Frenchman is making every effort to gain sympathy from the family of Masha, which is the most ordinary Moscow family.
Machine mom (character of actress Alena Bondarchuk) is a rather strict school teacher. Dad (character of actor Boris Nevzorov) - pilot, former military officer, retired colonel. In this family, in addition to Masha, there are two more children: sister Tatyana (actress Anna Tabanina mentioned above) and brother Stas, younger brother, aspiring photographer (actor Anatoly Rudenko).
Close-knit team of actors
After the resounding success of the previous series - “Poor Nastya” - the company “AMEDIA” invited the same team of scriptwriters, directors and costumers to work on the next project - “Dear Masha Berezina”. The cast was mostly the same. Filmed according to American technology, that is, the filming itself took place in parallel with the air. The team was in tremendous tension every minute, the working hours were quite short. Because of this, some of the scenes that were not very successful could not be re-shot, and they became part of the premiere.
Where did you shoot everything told in the series?
Filming took place in three places. In the pavilions of the film company they shot a lot of scenes. All Moscow life, of course, was filmed in the capital: shops, night clubs, discos, banks, bars, hotels. And the Parisian scenes of the life of the main character for three days were shot in an open air in Paris with panoramic shots. All the rest: Paris clubs, houses, apartments - also rented in the capital.
Such actors participated in the series "Dear Masha Berezina". Photos of them and now quite often can be seen on the pages of glossy publications. And even now, twelve years after the picture was released on television, they are loved by the audience.
