The principle of kinesitherapy is the principle of movement. In other words, kinesitherapy is a synthesis of various types of physical treatment, which are based on movements, as well as the formation of an integrated treatment method based on them. It includes medical massage, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, simulator exercises, water exercises, mechanotherapy (treatment with medical devices) and many other types of physical activity.
When did this science begin to develop
Recently, kinesitherapy has been given great importance. This is primarily due to the fact that medical science is developing rapidly and there is more and more evidence of the relationship of the principles of movement with other areas of medicine (biology, neurophysiology, biophysics, psychology, cybernetics, the latest technologies and many others). Another development factor is the relationship between domestic and foreign methods of kinesiology treatment.
Basic concepts
Kinesitherapy is exercise therapy (therapeutic physical culture). Due to the use of physiological methods of correction of morphological and functional disorders in the human body, its value increases. Thanks to these methods, complex treatment with kinesitherapy of diseases of the internal organs and the musculoskeletal system becomes possible.
Over the past decade, a huge number of techniques have been developed for both complex and individual treatment for disorders of the body due to a specific disease.
Basic forms and means
Kinesitherapy is a science where you can achieve high results in treatment only with a creative approach to innovative methods of treatment for a specialist working in the rehabilitation and physical recovery system. Each specialist should understand that it is necessary to dose both active and passive forms and means of physiotherapy.
Active means of physical therapy include muscle relaxation (post-isometric - post-reciprocal relaxation), corrective (morning), differential therapeutic exercises, exercises on simulators and in water.
Passive means of physical therapy are those forms when movements are performed not by the patient, but by a massage therapist or instructor of exercise therapy. At this time, the patient must be at rest. These types include medical massage, shiatsu, acupressure (the effect on a specific part of the body is pointed), positional mobilization (when, with the help of an assistant, the patient takes a forced position and is in it for a certain amount of time). It is passive kinesitherapy reviews that leave more than positive.
Most types of exercise can be done at home. These include a passive and active method of kinesitherapy.
One of the most popular active methods is physiotherapy exercises, namely corrective gymnastics. This kinesitherapy at home is carried out not only for adults, but also for children. It can be carried out at any time of the day. It takes 15-30 minutes.
Kinesitherapy: exercises
The complex of exemplary exercises for performing gymnastics at home is divided into introductory (warm-up part), main and final parts. When performing exercises, it is important to observe the basic rule of training. Of the 100% exercises performed during the day, 75% can be repeated (they are the basis), and 25% must be different in order to achieve the tone of all muscles.

Final part
The last part, when kinesitherapy is performed at home, involves relaxing the entire body. It is necessary to carry out general muscle relaxation in combination with the principles of proper breathing.
This complex helps develop the strength and elasticity of the muscles of the whole body, creating a muscle corset around the bones and joints. The nutrition of cells of internal organs and systems is improved due to the expansion of blood vessels in the large and small circles of blood circulation.
Kinesitherapy: reviews
You can do therapeutic exercises in the groups of health and treatment of a specific disease. In the health group , acquaintance with a science such as kinesitherapy takes place, the exercises here are selected general. They can be performed every day to maintain the body in good shape. The load may seem weak for some patients, while for others it may seem optimal. There is no individual approach.
In the treatment of a specific disease, the load is selected individually.
Kinesitherapy Centers
Vladikavkaz, Moscow, Armavir, Kazan and many other large cities of Russia have their own kinesitherapy center. Reviews of patients who come for treatment in kinesitherapy clinics are very good. From the very first steps you find yourself in the atmosphere of attention and care of medical personnel. According to patients, all exercises used by instructors are carefully selected. For each specific disease, different exercises are used. Every day there is an overcoming of oneself, one's physical abilities to achieve a result.
