Soap for SPA: the secrets of home care
In fact, you can please and relax your skin not only in the SPA center, but also in your bathroom. And the first assistant in this matter will be Beldi. What it is, it has been known since antiquity, and according to the traditions of Morocco, it was made from dried leaves of eucalyptus and its essential oil. And as you know, this plant tones the skin and relieves fatigue.
In many Arab countries, steaming of the skin occurs in a hammam, when they lie on marble stones, and at home they do it in the bathroom. The main thing is the presence of steam and room temperature up to 30-50 ° C.
Under such conditions, good detoxification is observed, microcirculation of the blood in the body is restored, and the cardiovascular system improves. And the problems with cleansing, nourishing and toning the skin will be borne by Beldi.
Chemical composition
A product is made from eucalyptus and oilcake, thanks to which it acquires a special aroma. A lot has been said about the benefits of the last ingredient, so let's talk about the first component of the beldi soap. What is this from a medical point of view?
Eucalyptus essential oil has an antibacterial and disinfecting effect, but its chemical composition is of interest. Antiseptic properties were transferred to soap from cineol, which is 80% of the total composition. The remaining 20% are various acids that are used in the manufacture of sunscreens. Now it’s clear why beldi soap appeared in the hot Morocco.

The described soap has a number of obvious advantages:

Therefore, to prevent undesirable effects, use an allergic reaction test before use.

This variety boasts anti-aging properties and the ability to revitalize tired skin. Therefore, it is used both for the body and for face care. The mixture of essential oils in the product aromatizes, deodorizes and soothes the skin after a long sunbathing procedure. Frequent use of pink beldi helps to preserve the tan.
Many detergents adversely affect the condition of sensitive skin, but thanks to rose petals, this variety of soap gently massages, does not irritate and prepares for applying makeup.
A separate word should be said about the bactericidal properties of the product. A mixture of essential oils allows you to use soap in the form of a mask to combat acne, enlarged pores, the vascular net (rosacea) and oily skin.
"Cinnamon Coffee"
The most famous variety of beldi. Reviews about this soap are favorable: if the effects of other varieties are almost the same, then "Coffee with Cinnamon" is the best assistant in the fight against cellulite.
Cinnamon essential oil, together with caffeine, breaks down fats, stimulates the metabolism and enhances blood circulation. In addition, coffee particles carefully scrub and deeply clean the skin surface.
This variety of beldi pleases with its aroma, which raises the mood, has a stimulating effect and gives vigor for the whole day. Therefore, it is customary to use it in the morning.
"Saki Lake Mud"
The healing mud, which is part of it along with camphor and laurel essential oil, has an analgesic, disinfecting and tonic effect. Camphor well calms the nervous system and irritated skin. Also, the “Saki Lake Mud” soap contains biologically active components that absorb scars, penetrate the joints, stimulate microcirculation and also have a whitening effect.
"Saki mud" is often used as an express mask, as it suits all skin types. Soap is applied to the face and kept for a quarter of an hour, then washed with a washcloth or brush and left for 5-10 minutes. This is done so that natural detergents penetrate deeper under the skin and fight the inflammatory process.
For a good sleep, relaxation and body cleansing, "Saki mud" is usually used in the evening.
Traditional variety
Beldy with eucalyptus is a magic chest with chlorophyll and organically soluble substances. A systemic effect on the skin is caused by a combination of ground leaves of a eucalyptus tree and essential oil of the same plant. If the first ingredient plays the role of a scrub, then the second acts as an anti-inflammatory component. In addition, eucalyptus oil copes with problem skin.
The use of this variety in a sauna or bath has a positive effect on the respiratory tract, relieves irritability and fatigue.
Russian analogue
The domestic manufacturer of the beldi - Spivak - recommends that owners of normal skin use the product no more than 2 times a week, and for girls with dry skin - once every two weeks. The most popular soap with Indian spices. In addition to coconut and olive oils, it contains esters (coriander, cloves, ginger and citronella) and curry spices. The aroma of the product is difficult to describe, but the pronounced smells of seasonings unobtrusively make themselves felt.
At first glance, the soap from Spivak looks like a herbal peeling or scrub with a soft texture, but when it comes into contact with the skin, it behaves in a strange way. A thick jelly-like mixture in contact with water begins to foam on the body.
Washing with steamed skin beldy soap removes black spots, cleanses pores and, as claimed by customers, “launders dirt to creak”. In this case, the skin does not dry out.
To consolidate the result, you can apply a nourishing cream.
Also in great demand among buyers is the soap berry "Berry". The product, like all others, is located in a 100 ml plastic jar and is a homogeneous mass with a dark brown tint. If you look closely, you can notice small plant particles in the form of leaves and seeds. The smell of the product resembles jam with a low sugar content, thanks to which you can catch the aroma of each berry.
With increasing storage temperature, as the manufacturer explains, golden droplets form, and the mixture loses its uniformity. But this does not affect the effectiveness, since thoroughly mixed before use, it again acquires its original consistency.
The composition of this soap:
- dried berries;
- water;
- bergamot;
- potassium salts;
- Lubei oil cubeb;
- lime.
By the way, when using body beldy, get a separate washcloth and preferably not a light color. The fact is that some varieties of soap (for example, "Coffee") are able to stain the material, and small particles of plants are sometimes not washed out.
Probably, many were interested in the question: how much does soap cost? The price of beldy, depending on the volume of the jar, varies from 150 to 800 rubles.
Do it yourself soap
For self-preparation of an analogue of Moroccan black soap, you will need:
- 100 g of grated baby;
- 150 ml of strongly brewed green tea;
- 20 ml of olive oil;
- 50 g of ground eucalyptus;
- 0.5 tsp dry ginger;
- 40 drops of eucalyptus oil.
It’s easy to make beldy:
- Pour the soap into the tea and heat it in a water bath. Constantly stirring, wait until it is completely dissolved, then remove from heat.
- Add ginger with chopped eucalyptus.
- After the mixture has cooled, add eucalyptus essential oil and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a jar, close tightly and put in a dark place for 10-12 days.
When a home-made beldy ripens, it will acquire a dark shade.
You can use soap in the bath, sauna and even in the bathroom. First you need to steam the body thoroughly. Then take a little soap and a little foaming, apply to the skin. Wait a couple of minutes, take a wet washcloth and carry out massage movements throughout the body. After that, leave the product for a few more minutes and rinse off.
Summarizing all of the above, I would like to note that the Russian analogue of Beldi soap is no worse than the original Moroccan, and be sure that having tried the product once, you will forever give it a leading place in daily natural skin and face skin care.
