A disease called "cervical dysplasia" causes structural changes in the structure of the mucous membrane.
Causes of the disease
Quite often, cervical dysplasia, the treatment of which should be started immediately, occurs in women for the following reasons:
if the young lady has several children. The fact is that during labor, the cervix suffers a huge number of injuries. This can cause this disease;
prolonged use of birth control pills (more than five years). In this case, the ailment arises from a violation of the normal production of female hormones;
if the family has blood relatives who have had cancer;
often with a diagnosis of cervical dysplasia, treatment is required for women who abuse smoking;
early onset of sexual intercourse;
if the woman often has sexual partners or is constantly susceptible to cancer of the head of the penis;
neglecting basic hygiene rules.
Three phases of dysplasia are observed.
1 degree. Affected cells penetrate deep into the mucosa 1/3 of the entire thickness. In this case, an independent cure is possible with a probability of 70-90%.
2 degree. Atypical cells take 2/3 of the thickness of the mucosa. In 50% of cases, the disease goes away on its own. Every fifth woman has a transition of the disease to the 3rd stage, in which a cancerous tumor can often occur .
3 degree. Atypical cells occupy the entire surface of the cervix. 50% of women have a full recovery, in other situations, cervical dysplasia of the 3rd degree passes into cancer.
Symptoms of the disease
With the disease, no obvious signs are observed. However, the disease can progress against the background of colpitis or cervitis. In this case, itching, burning, unusual discharge may occur.

immunostimulating therapy involves the use of immunomodulators and interferons. These medications are used when the disease is extensive and its relapse is possible;
surgery. It can be carried out in several options:
- removal of an atypical site using liquid carbon dioxide, and then getting rid of the affected area;
- removal of the entire neck.
Treatment of cervical dysplasia in the early stages of the disease is possible with folk remedies.
Prepare a decoction of the following herbs: 3 tablespoons of calendula inflorescences, 3 spoonfuls of rose hips (fruits), 2 tablespoons of licorice root, the same amount of yarrow and meadowsweet inflorescences, 1 tablespoon of clover and 3 tablespoons of nettle. Pour all the ingredients with a glass of boiling water and leave for half an hour. Using the resulting product, do douching during the day or introduce a swab vaginally moistened with broth for 60 minutes.
Fill grass and meadowsweet flowers with sunflower oil (unrefined). Lower the resulting mixture for a while in a water bath and wait until the product has cooled. In the evening and in the morning, lay the swabs moistened with the solution. Treatment involves prolonged use of a decoction.
Using the Vitex plant, you can restore the normal balance of female hormones. For this, the infusion of the plant is used as tea, which must be taken twice a day.
Dysplasia is determined in the early stages with the help of special tests. A timely detected ailment is effectively and quite quickly treated. Therefore, a woman is recommended to undergo a medical examination every 6 months.
