Asians look younger than their European peers. This is a well-known fact. Of course, this is largely due to the natural features of the skin. However, you can not discount the system of facial and body care, which differs significantly from what we are used to. For an oriental woman, cleansing her face and neck is a ritual. Many of you are already familiar with the Japanese system of washing and, perhaps, even managed to try it on yourself. Well, for those who are interested in this issue not so long ago, I’ll tell you what hydrophilic oil is and what it is for.
I allow myself a small digression. Often you hear from cosmetologists that using ordinary toilet soap for washing is unacceptable. Do not trust the experts, you see, there is no reason. I’ll add that cream soap differs from the usual one only in that it added solid oils - butter.
What can replace the usual tool. So we come to the main topic of our article - hydrophilic oils.
If you like to use natural products in skin care, then you are probably aware of how the oil behaves when applied to the skin. When interacting with water, it turns into a white substance resembling milk for makeup removal.
This is exactly what hydrophilic oil looks and works. Unlike any type of soap, it has a neutral reaction, but cleans no worse.
Using this tool is very simple. A small amount is applied to dry skin and thoroughly rubbed with a small amount of water until foaming, then completely washed off. Residues are removed with foam or washing gel. It should be noted that makeup with water and an oil-based cleanser is much easier to remove, and the result is noticeably better.
Unfortunately, most of these products can hardly be called completely natural. They still contain preservatives (after all, the product must also be stored). But hydrophilic oil or cream can be prepared at home yourself. This is not difficult at all, and the necessary ingredients are sold in soap shops and pharmacies.
Here I will give a proven recipe. You will need peach oil - 30 ml, almond - 20 ml, grape seed - 20 ml, wheat germ - 20 ml, ten drops of vitamin E. In addition, you will need a suitable emulsifier, for example, Polysorbate or Povolax (the required amount is indicated on the product label) . If desired, you can add 7 to 15 drops of essential oils.
After such a cleansing, often, no cream is needed. This set of components is enough to nourish and moisturize normal or oily skin.
Preparing your own hydrophilic body cream or the so-called massage tiles is also easy. They are 70% cocoa butter (100 g of finished product will require 70 g), 20% is an emulsifier (for example, Polavax), the remaining 9% is liquid oils (peach, linseed, cotton) and everything else (1%) - This is vitamin E and essential oils.
Melt the solid phase in a water bath with an emulsifier, add the remaining ingredients, stir and fill in silicone ice molds. For lack of such, you can use a plastic insert from a candy box. We put the tiles in the refrigerator to freeze quickly.
Many recipes advise using scales to maintain dosage. Personally, I am not a supporter of such difficulties. Especially considering the fact that the most inexpensive measuring device costs 450 rubles. Therefore, I prefer to use the old grandfather's method "by eye", especially since special accuracy is not needed here.
If you are not a fan of cosmetics made in your own kitchen, I advise you to pay attention to the hydrophilic oil of the Japanese company HIPITCH. This is the best product in terms of value for money.
