If we take into account the sales performance of such pistols, then we can say that the traumatic weapon, which in appearance looks very much like a real gun, is in great demand. This is facilitated by the belief that if a weapon is completely similar to a military one, then gas weapons will more intimidate intruders.

In addition, the gun has a large number of parts that were borrowed from those combat samples that were once made from scratch. And this affects the quality of the final result.
More recently, a gas pistol appeared on the markets, which was produced on the basis of the trauma of the TT. The production of these weapons is the organization of AKBS. Previously, the company was committed to promoting other successful equipment of a similar purpose in the Russian markets. Under the name TT-T, weapons from this company immediately became very popular. The only factor that spoiled the fame of this gun was the appearance of the PM-T sample, which overtook the gun from AKBS.
The TT-T gas pistol can be safely called a unique weapon of its kind. The reason for this lies in the fact that in the manufacture of such a gun, not a single part was used that would be created from scratch. In more detail, the equipment was made on the basis of a full-fledged TT weapon. Even the barrel was not changed and remained the same, and this is of high value, especially considering that this part is the most fragile in most samples of traumatic pistols. All changes that were presented in the new model relate mainly to its automation.
Another important factor is the question of whether permission for a gas gun is needed. If you look at this issue, then a gas pistol falls into the category of firearms that can hit not with bullets or shots, but with the help of a directed jet of chemicals that are sprayed from the barrel under the influence of energy. Based on this, we can say that permission for a gas gun must be acquired without fail.
