45 minutes of a lesson is a rather difficult test for high school students. What can we say about the younger and middle, when the children, due to their psychological and physical characteristics associated with age, cannot sit quietly for more than 10-15 minutes, get tired and need a change of activity. Physical exercises, game situations that can not only diversify classes, but also have a positive effect on children's health, can help the problem.
Exercise complex
In order to conduct a physical training session in the classroom, you need to select a set of general developmental exercises without an object that would not require special sports equipment and at the same time involve the main muscle groups, contribute to their uniform load and relaxation. As an example, we give a selection of easily practicable exercises for students of different age groups.
- Half-squats: students stand in rows between desks or step forward, closer to the blackboard. The starting position is to stand upright, hands at the seams. Then raise your hands, stretch forward, lower your palms down. The right leg is retracted, emphasis is placed on the toe, the left is bent at the knee, the body is slightly tilted. - In the complex of general developmental exercises without an object, you need to include a neck warm-up. Starting position: to become even. According to the team’s score, the teachers are: head tilt back-source-forward; source-right-source-left. Repeat each movement 2-3 times. - As a game moment, you can enter into the complex of gymnastic exercises for schoolchildren and such: “Max-cotton”. The starting point is to become even. Then the right leg is sharply stretched forward - under it cotton is made. Leg goes down. The second rises - cotton. And so on - 3 times each. Pupils, especially kids, really like it.
- Squats, jogging, swinging your arms with bends are the final exercises of the physical education. They will help to restore breathing, defuse the situation, increase the performance of students.
It is not necessary to carry out the entire complex at a time. You can divide it, and then do a few physical exercises during the lesson. Thus, it will be possible to evenly distribute time for work and rest, which, undoubtedly, will positively affect both the well-being of students and the quality of the educational process.
