Wednesday
- For breakfast, make a salad of 150 g of fruit. You can drink a glass of juice, yogurt or kefir.

- For dinner, eat 200 g of rice stew with spices. We drink green tea.
Friday
- For breakfast, prepare an omelet from two eggs with the addition of chopped tomato. We make herbal tea.
- Lunch will consist of wheat paste (100 g) and a couple of pieces of cheese. You can drink a glass of wine.
- Dinner will be light. We eat stewed vegetables (100 g) and lentils (100 g). Drink a cup of green tea.
Saturday
- For breakfast, cook oatmeal with the addition of milk or juice. Eat some fruit (for example, grapefruit or orange). From drinks you can juice.
- Lunch includes vegetable soup (200 g) and seafood salad (not more than 100 g). We drink a glass of wine.
