It is noteworthy that all the designated riders are participants in programs to support young pilots (although, to be honest, Mikhail Aleshin at his 26 years old is already too old for such a title). Artem Valerievich Markelov was born on September 10, 1994. Its weight is about 73 kilograms with an increase of 182 centimeters.
Artyom Markelov is a racer whose personal life has been made public only since 2011. Previous years are shrouded in mystery. Few details become known only from interviews with him.
In professional motorsport, Artyom Markelov came from karting. He first got behind the wheel of a map at the age of 9. For two years he rode where the Silver Rain team was training. Artem began selling them from the first weeks of 2015: from January 15 to February 15, he traveled to New Zealand for the Toyota Racing Series championship. Here the pilot had an accident twice.
If Callum Ilott had not knocked him off the track, Artem Markelov could have achieved one of the best indicators of the championship. He went second, but because of the trouble he finished 15th.
