The protocol of inspection of objects, the form of which has an approved form, is drawn up in accordance with the rules of Art. 180 Code of Criminal Procedure. In article 166 mentioned above, in part 9, security measures are provided for witnesses, victims, representatives, their relatives. If it becomes necessary to ensure the protection of these entities, the ATS officer may not indicate their personal data in the protocol. In this situation, the investigator, in agreement with the head, draws up a resolution in which he gives reasons for making the appropriate decision. It also fixes the pseudonym of the participant who wants to keep information about himself secret, as well as a sample signature of this person. The decision is placed in an envelope to be sealed. Nobody has the right to get acquainted with its contents, except for the employee conducting the investigation, and the court. In some cases, the head of the department also has access to the text of the decision, to which the employee who submits it submits.
