2. Gradual muscle contraction, starting from the entrance to the vagina and "rising" up, remarkably strengthens the entire muscle system of the corresponding area. When muscle contraction at each stage should be delayed for a few seconds.
3. Pulling up the pelvic muscle system is fast and rhythmic. When performing the exercise, you need to feel the muscles that hold the uterus (lower abdomen). Try to pull them up as much as possible.
4. Imitation of labor attempts with some efforts and a clear rhythm with regular performance increases muscle tone well.
5. The alternation of contraction of the muscles of the vagina and perineum with a total duration of at least 10 seconds and relaxation of 10 seconds leads not only to their strengthening, but also to the improvement of the woman’s sexual life. This procedure is performed daily for at least 5 minutes. Performing this exercise in a fast mode also gives a good result: reduction - 1 second, relaxation -1 second.
