Greenhouses "Uralochka". Mounting Features

The purpose of the Uralochka greenhouse is to create the most favorable microclimate for growing crops in personal plots and summer cottages. It is a metal structure from a profile pipe coated with a corrosion-resistant polymer coating, which is applied in the factory.

The frame of the greenhouse "Uralochka"

The frame having increased strength is made of steel profile 20 to 20 mm. The height is 2 m, the width is approximately 2.5-3 m. The Uralochka greenhouse does not require a foundation and can be mounted immediately on the ground. All steel structural elements are coated with a polymer anti-corrosion paint that protects the greenhouse from rust, temperature changes and negative atmospheric effects.

Fastening to the ground is done with the supplied pins. The frame has 2 end doors and 2 vents. The kit includes all the nuts, locks, screws, handles, wind hooks and screws for attaching polycarbonate necessary for assembly. If necessary, it is possible to understaff the greenhouse separately with side windows.

The reinforced greenhouse "Uralochka" differs from standard models by the presence of a more rigid frame due to the increase in the number of arcs running every 67 cm, and not as in ordinary models through 1 m.

Benefits

  • Thanks to the arched structure, the Uralochka greenhouse is able to withstand increased snow and wind loads.
  • Durability of a design thanks to a corrosion-resistant coating.
  • It is possible to lengthen the Uralochka greenhouse using an extension block, which is very convenient.
  • Fully equipped with all the necessary elements for assembling a greenhouse.
  • Cellular polycarbonate, which covers the greenhouses, is a durable, reliable and light material with low weight and high thermal conductivity.
  • To install the frame does not need a foundation.

Greenhouse Options

The set of greenhouses includes all the necessary elements for a sufficiently reliable fastening of the coating. In addition, an illustrated detailed instruction manual is provided with all stages of the assembly.

The Uralochka greenhouse has the smallest number of parts, which greatly speeds up assembly and allows you to install the structure even with your own hands.

The packed frame of the greenhouse is quite compact. The following units are included in its composition:

  • base and longitudinal ties - 1 pc.;
  • ends assembled - 1 pc.;
  • arches of the greenhouse - 1 pc.;
  • fasteners and accessories, passport and assembly and installation instructions - 1 pc.

Assembly

Assembling a greenhouse from Uralochka polycarbonate is quick enough: 2 people can do this in 3-4 hours, while having a minimum number of tools.

Assembly steps

  • First of all, you need to select a site and level the surface of the earth.
  • Before assembling the frame, close the ends with cellular polycarbonate. This is done as follows: on a flat and hard surface, 3 polycarbonate sheets are cut using a construction knife along a ruler, their length 2 m, width 2.1 m. Next, the package with the ends of the greenhouse is unpacked. One of them is laid horizontally so that the door and the window leaf above it are opened facing directly up. On the end surface, a sheet of cellular polycarbonate is placed face up (it is indicated on the protective film). First, a special protective film should be removed from the inside of the sheet.
  • In the same way, the other end is closed with polycarbonate.
  • Now the base of the greenhouse is assembled and installed using the level from the pipe.
  • Coated end faces are installed and connected to the bases.
  • Arcs are installed on the guides. Arcs and ends are connected by longitudinal ties.
  • The frame is fixed to the ground. To do this, pins are driven into holes that are located in the corners of the frame and at the junction of parts of the base.

The installation of polycarbonate on the frame of the greenhouse begins with the edges of the frame.

  • A polycarbonate sheet is laid on the arcs.
  • The laid material is fixed with screws.
  • Similarly, the opposite part of the frame is closed. The middle part is covered with the last third sheet and fixed with screws. Next, polycarbonate sheets are fixed to the base.
  • The final stage is the installation of handles on the door.
