- 9th point. How to get a passport? There are several options: initial receipt (for the first time), in addition to the main one (if the first passport is still valid), instead of expended (if the validity of the passport has expired ), instead of spoiled (the document has become unusable), instead of the lost passport.
- 10th point. This section must be filled in as much as possible. It is intended specifically for those who have ever been allowed to secret or especially important state information during their studies, service or work. Here you must indicate the institution and year of registration of admission. The rest write "NO." In the same line, you explain whether you have contractual or contractual obligations that prevent you from traveling abroad. You either write “NO” or indicate the name of the company and the date of conclusion of the contract. In no case should you hide this information!
- 11th paragraph. It is filled by men of military age from 18 to 27 years. If a man was drafted into the army, then he writes “DRAWN”. If he was sent to another civil service, indicates “DIRECTED”. Otherwise, it says “NO”.
- 12th point. It provides information on involvement as an accused or data on conviction. The statute of limitations is not important. What if you were banned from leaving the place? Or are you under investigation? In this case, trying to get a passport is useless. You will only waste your time, because crossing the border in this case is impossible. If you are friends with the law, feel free to write “NO”. If there are canceled convictions, check their availability in the database. In some cases, a redemption certificate will be needed.
- 13th point. Perhaps the court has appointed you cash payments, and you evade them? Here you must either write “NO” or honestly refuse to receive a passport. If arrears of taxes, credit, alimony and other issues are discovered, no one will issue you a passport.
- 14th point. From the work book, the data for the last ten years are copied in order. It also indicates studies, stay in places of deprivation of liberty, periods of lack of work (more than a month), military service. Each point contains the start and end dates of your stay in a particular place. In each case, the name of the department, enterprise, military unit, their address is indicated. Separate your job responsibilities with a comma. In the line marked "TEMPORARILY NOT WORKED (A)" is written the address of your residence permit for the period of absence of work.
- 15th point. Here you inform the series, number, date of the previous passport and the name of the agency issuing it.
