ChTPZ Group is a group of companies in the steel industry. The largest Russian industrial group of strategic importance. One of the world leaders in the pipe industry.

ChTPZ is an abbreviation, historically derived from the name “Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant”. Previously, the industrial conglomeration was called United Tube Plants.

The main owner is Andrei Ilyich Komarov. He owns 90% of the company. Ten percent of the shares are owned by Alexander Anatolyevich Fedorov.

The task of the ChTPZ Group is the integrated development and supply of pipe products for the global and domestic sectors of the economy.
The assortment range includes welded and seamless pipes differing in size, diameter, purpose and production technology, cylinders for transporting and storing compressed gases, agglomerated fluxes for welding and surfacing.

PJSC Pervouralsky Novotrubny Zavod is the largest Russian enterprise producing and manufacturing steel pipe products and cylinders.
The plant owns most of the pipe industry production technologies. The plant's products are certified according to world standards by the American Petroleum Institute and the German company TUV Rheinland and are widely in demand in the aircraft industry, space and shipbuilding industries.
PNTZ PJSC makes export deliveries to the CIS countries, Europe, Asia and the United States of America.
