- indicate the number of the passport from which you applied for permission;
- enter the verification code from the picture;
- make a request.
The passport number is usually entered without letters, although this is not mentioned anywhere on the site. If, after entering the data of one passport, the system issued you that there is no data available at your request, try entering the data of your other passport, it may be a foreign passport.
If there is still no information, pay attention to the date of updating the resource under the solution, perhaps the system has not been updated for a long time, so there is no data.
Do not panic if the deadline for reviewing your papers has expired long ago, and the system does not give you the desired solution, perhaps during a personal visit you will be able to find out the exact answer.
If the website of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has given you a positive or negative decision, but they can’t say anything about your papers at the department, come back a little later, perhaps in a few days the database of inspectors of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be updated and they will be able to receive your passport for stamping. What if there is no solution on the site?

What if the review period has long expired and there is no solution?
Due to the large flow of migrants, consideration of applications takes a longer period of time. You should not rush to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs after 2 days after 2 months. In order not to go to the department in vain, wait at least a few weeks. Sometimes inspectors submit papers for consideration to a superior person after some time or on a schedule, and therefore 2 months do not start from the day you visit the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Occasionally, there were cases when the applicants ’papers were lost and the inspector’s journal didn’t have a note saying that he was accepting any documents from individuals. To avoid this, it is recommended to take a certificate from the department stating that the employee has accepted documents from you, indicating the date of adoption and the name of the inspector. Sometimes a decision came a little later, and the lack of necessary marking was due to the forgetfulness of the employee, and not the loss of papers.
If there is no solution and more than 2 weeks have passed (this period is conditional, you can contact a week later if you wish), you can safely go to the head of your department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a complaint. Contact the boss with two copies of the complaints: give one to him, and on the second he must indicate that the complaint has been accepted, the date and your last name. Consideration of a complaint should not take longer than 1 month. All documents must be attached to the document, which would prove the fact of the transfer of the application to the employee of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Best of all, if it will be a certificate of acceptance of papers or a stamp on the migration card indicating that the documents have been accepted.

What to do if a passport with a RVP stamp is not returned?
If you have long figured out how to check the readiness of the RVP, and have already filed a passport for affixing a stamp, do not delay the allowable period, and after two weeks feel free to go to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to search for your document.
