Cartoon plot
This is an exciting story in which the characters of "Wheelbarrows 2" are drawn into the international spy network. Cartoon characters are anthropomorphic cars that can communicate with each other and enthusiastically compete with each other.
A new part of the story familiar to many begins with a video message from the English agent Turbo, in which he asks for salvation. Another agent hurries to the rescue - Finn, who is sent to the oil platform. It was there that a mysterious call for help was recorded.
On the platform is a whole criminal group of wrecked and old cars led by Professor Zundapp and another leader, whose name remains unknown. Finn notices a suspicious camera on board, he even manages to take her photographs.
Suddenly appears Turbo, which has already managed to compress into a cube. Seeing a friend, Finn inadvertently gives himself away. The characters of Wheelbarrows 2, who work for Professor Zundapp, are chasing Finn, forcing him to jump into the ocean. The persecution continues on the boat, the villains even open fire, but the brave agent manages to hide under the water. Everyone considers him dead. And this is only the beginning of history.
McQueen's Return
Meanwhile, one of the main characters of “Wheelbarrows 2” Lightning McQueen returns home after another triumph. He has won the Big Piston Cup four times already and is considered one of the main contenders for success in the races that will happen next year.

Friends become aware that the best racing cars are invited to participate in a large-scale series of car races called the World Grand Prix. It is organized by the ex-oil tycoon Kardanval, who became the first electric car and turned into an ardent environmentalist.

Lightning rides at the Grand Prix
McQueen at first was not going to participate in the races, but he was actually challenged by the Italian racer Bernoulli, who was also known for his performances on Formula 1. During a television interview, he begins to exalt himself in every possible way, while humiliating McQueen. Mater stands up for him. Upon learning of this, McQueen himself intervenes in the conversation.
