Uterine fibroids. Herbal treatment.

One of the most common female diseases is uterine fibroids. Herbal treatment of this formation is used in combination with traditional methods. Myoma is a benign tumor formed from muscle and connective tissue. It occurs in women of reproductive age after 30 years. Its development depends on the level of female hormones. Myoma can decrease or disappear with the onset of menopause, since at this time the production of estrogen decreases sharply.

The causes of fibroids are not fully understood. This formation is a multiple tumor - as a rule, several nodes are formed, which can have a size from very small to large.

Myomas of any size can be symptomatic and asymptomatic. The main signs of the presence of fibroids are prolonged heavy periods, bleeding. Myoma is rarely accompanied by severe pain. This happens only if it reaches a large size and begins to put pressure on the internal organs.

If a fibroid develops in the muscle wall of the uterus, then, as a rule, there are no complaints or drawing pains in the lower abdomen.

With a tumor protruding into the uterine cavity, menstruation is painful, lasts a long time and looks like bleeding. With this arrangement of the tumor, the pains are cramping in nature, miscarriage, premature birth or infertility can occur.

For the subperitoneal location of the tumor, a violation of the intestines and bladder is characteristic, which is manifested by constipation and frequent urination.

As a prevention of uterine fibroids, it is recommended to avoid abortion, treat gynecological diseases and hormonal disorders in a timely manner.

In modern medicine, both surgical and conservative treatment of uterine fibroids are used. Medical care depends on the condition of the woman, on the type of tumor and on the size of the uterine fibroids. Herbal treatment is used as an adjunct to the main treatment.
