Folk remedies for strengthening hair

The problem of alopecia, or hair loss, is faced by most of us. The reasons for the loss can be very different - from intensive therapy with medications to banal spring vitamin deficiency. Strengthening the roots of the hair with the help of various folk remedies will help to cope with intense loss.

Despite the fact that the modern cosmetic industry offers a considerable assortment of products to combat the manifestations of alopecia, many people prefer hair strengthening products, the effect of which has been tested over time. The most popular of them are various masks, which include three types of components:

  • Annoying components. These include cognac, vodka, tincture of capsicum or dimexide. All of them are designed to enhance blood circulation in the scalp, increasing the flow of beneficial components to the roots and awakening to life the so-called "sleeping" follicles.
  • Nutrient ingredients. The main ones were natural oils, known since ancient times as effective means to strengthen hair. The main ones are burdock, castor, olive, Moroccan, almond and peach. They have the ability to penetrate the structure of the hair, thereby nourishing it and providing a healthy shine and elasticity to curls. At the same time, these components penetrate the hair follicle, strengthening the roots and preventing hair loss.
  • Moisturizing ingredients. Their action is aimed at restoring damaged hair to its previous moisture level. These primarily include egg yolk, yogurt, glycerin, fresh juice of vegetables and fruits, infusion of burdock root.

Strengthening hair with folk remedies involves the creation and use of masks that combine all three types of components. For this, you can use ready-made recipes or choose what you need, taking into account the specifics of the type of hair and the degree of intensity of their loss. When creating recipes yourself, it should be borne in mind that irritants should be included in masks in a ratio of no more than 1: 5. Otherwise, you can get a chemical scalp burn.

When starting to use folk remedies for strengthening hair, it should be remembered that the main thing here is regularity, systematicity and an integrated approach. You should not expect impressive results after the first two or three procedures. The minimum course of treatment in this case is at least three months. Use masks before washing your hair and keep them on your hair under a warming cap for at least an hour.

In parallel with the use of folk remedies, it will be advisable to start using a vitamin complex that will help provide hair with everything you need from the inside, as well as balance your diet by eliminating alcohol, fatty and salty foods from it.
