Such a story happened with the heroine of the movie "Cool Georgia", the actors, the roles and plot of which will be discussed in this article.

Girl Rachel is too spoiled and ill-bred to obey her mother. Therefore, when she sends her to visit her grandmother in the small town of Hull, Rachel, of course, goes, but her behavior terrifies the entire local population. For example, she seduces an almost married guy, does not give rest to a local veterinarian, is rude to residents and walks around the city in a defiant outfit. And only in the house of her own granny, Georgia, she has to behave decently and follow certain rules.
It may not be immediately noticeable, but Rachel has long been disturbing something. And only here she reveals a secret that has long tormented her. But, given the fact that the girl often deceives, few people believe her. And only two people know the real truth.
Cool Georgia: actors and characters
Despite the fact that the film is named after the granny, the main character here is still her granddaughter Rachel. Dissolute, shameless, bitchy and rude girl played in the movie "Cool Georgia" Lindsay Lohan. Her manner of behavior may be considered acceptable for California youth, but certainly not for such a quiet and peaceful place as the town of Hull.
But she should not be strictly judged, Rachel is not from a good life. From childhood, she lacked the attention of her parents. And this is not the only point. Once a very unpleasant incident happened to her, and the girl is ready to share her experiences. But will they really listen to her?
Her mother is definitely not a good listener. Lilly, whose role went to Felicity Huffman in Cool Georgia, is more interested in her own life. So Rachel was a burden for her, otherwise she would not have sent her to visit her mother, whom she herself had not visited for about 12 years. Rachel is too complex a teenager, and Lilly wants to spend more time with her young and rich husband.
The House of Georgia (Jane Fonda) is a place where they eat, fall asleep and wake up according to a schedule, where they don’t sit idle and have a minimum amount of rest. Such are the rules of a woman. Probably because of this, relatives had not visited her for a long time. Nevertheless, Georgia often has neighbors who, despite its severity, love to spend time with her. She, of course, builds them, scolds and even makes them work in the garden, but their departure would most likely upset the woman.
Alien place
Strangers are always treated with caution, even if they behave modestly. But with Rachel is different. The girl did not think to be nice, but immediately showed her vile character. Nevertheless, she was able to win the friendship of two people. They would have five for humanity, because men were able to accept it for what it is.
They were both the first to meet her. Harlan (Garrett Hedlund) was immediately subjected to cruel and merciless seduction. But he cherishes himself for the future wife. Now he is tormented by the pangs of conscience and the question: tell everything or keep silent.
Dr. Simon Ward (Dermot Mulroney) was stronger than a guy, but he was twenty years older than him. And yet, Rachel found a way to get him into trouble. A man works in a local veterinary clinic, so why not get a job there? Surely his clients will be happy to chat with the new secretary.
Best role
The main advantage of the picture in the expertly selected cast. At least that's about Rachel. In Cool Georgia, Lindsay Lohan seemed to play herself. After all, the character and behavior of the actress herself will be worse than that of her character. But in this case, it only benefited her, helped to create a more believable image. However, other actors who starred in the movie "Cool Georgia" seem to have coped with the task.
Therefore, again I want to note that the name "Cool Georgia" does not quite fit this film. No, Georgia, of course, is cool - it handles the bat very well, it makes fans swear to wash its mouth with soap and requires strict adherence to its strict rules. But the film “Cool Georgia” is not about her, but about her granddaughter, who, in the presence of close relatives, did not feel them nearby.
And that’s the problem with Cool Georgia. Actors played well. But the scenario they followed has some duality. First show the confrontation of the grandmother and her unbearable granddaughter. How one creates the rules, and the other breaks them. But by the middle, a new story appears, which first part completely fades into the background. Very unexpected. But maybe that's what you intended?
