Early biography
David Kokner was born in the last month of the sultry summer of 1962 in the provincial town of Tipton, which is spread out in the vastness of the state of Missouri. In addition to the newborn, the Kokner couple already had five offspring: two boys and three daughters. Mother Margaret Ann Kokner, before the marriage of Downey, barely managed to manage the household, so she did not work, her father - Cesil Stephen - was engaged in the production of cages for keeping and raising poultry.
