This actor became known to most viewers after entering the screens of the Soviet Union with a very kind, albeit slightly naive, fantastic melodrama “A Puppy from the Constellation of the Hounds of the Dogs”. In this film, he happened to embody on the screen a character named Soldatov, who was a young employee of the newspaper. According to the scenario, this guy meets an extraordinary puppy who can talk. There were other films of the Soviet period, the new century and the scoring of foreign paintings. So, the hero of this article is Boris Shuvalov, whose voice is spoken by Eddie Murphy, Matt Damon, Christian Slater, Thomas Kretschmann, Enrico Colantoni, Rob Schneider, Seann William Scott, Bruce Willis, Toby Maguire and a couple of dozens of English-speaking actors.
Childhood
Little Borya was born on the eve of the next Victory Day - May 8, 1963 in Moscow. He began acting, while still at school. His first cinematic experience was the set of the children's comedy newsreel "Jumble" in 1974. Three years later, in 1977, he was entrusted with a small episodic role in the film for children “The Last Two” (directed by Boris Nashchekin).
After receiving a school certificate Boris Shuvalov directed his feet towards the Shchukin Theater School. As a graduate student, he supplemented his acting biography with several paintings. His interesting work of this period was the role of Peter Trishatov. Director Yevgeny Tashkov decided to shoot a film adaptation of the novel “Teenager” by Fyodor Dostoyevsky and invited the beginning actor to the team.
The beginning of the creative path
In 1984, Shuvalov Boris Igorevich received a diploma from the school and became part of the RAMT troupe. At the same time, the young actor begins to act in films a lot. The next year, 1985, brings him a new role. This time the main thing. It was a very kind, sincere children's film by Radomir Vasilevsky “Give us men!”. The story told in the picture tells about its main character - pioneer leader Igor Sokolov. So far, he works at school, but does not leave the dream of entering the theater institute. But the "subordinates" of Igor Sokolov, fifth graders from his school, are standing on the road to realizing this dream. They fell in love with the pioneer leader wholeheartedly, absolutely sincerely attached to him. Therefore, they do not agree with his decision, they are sure that Igor is simply obliged to stay with them and not leave school anywhere.
Later there were still characters and paintings: Vladimir Shevtsov in “The Killing of a Witness”, Vitka in “Two on the bare ground”, Shurik in “The Battle for Moscow” and others ...
Theatrical work
After the Soviet Union collapsed, the actor’s filming became much less. In the theater, Boris Shuvalov is still continued to go on stage until 1997. Along with his work in the theater, he collaborated with the Bat Theater for five whole years (from 1992 to 1997).
From RAMT, the actor goes to the Anton Chekhov Theater, whose artistic director was Gennady Khazanov. As part of this troupe, he felt quite free and confident. The roles were also interesting. On the stage of this theater, Shuvalov starred as Telfinger in the play "Underground" and Rex Cunningham in the play "Inaccessible." He simultaneously worked as a director and actor who voiced the puppets. He gave voice to 21 characters. This program had its own format, which was based on the playing of well-known literary works. And the main characters in them were public figures and politicians of those years. Throughout the program’s television program (until the end of 2002), she had a very high audience rating.
Later, Boris Shuvalov became the director of a new program on Channel One, the format of which was as follows: rubber doubles of famous politicians came to visit the famous TV presenter. Another puppet show, directed by Shuvalov, was called "Star Family". The dolls that could be seen on the screen represented the easily recognizable stars of show business in Russia - Galkin, Kirkorov, Primadonna ...
Dubbing master
The actor began to share his voice with television and movie heroes in the eighties. He dubbed not only feature films, but also cartoons. His voice was spoken by many characters of famous actors: Bruce Lee in “The Exit of the Dragon”, Toby Maguire in “The Rule of Winemakers”, Christian Slater in “Broken Arrow”. In the trilogy about the adventures of all Ocean's friends, he voiced Matt Damon.
