Extreme situations

Probability theory teaches that the possibility of a particular situation depending on many factors. It happens that completely unpredictable events, the probability of occurrence of which is close to zero, still happen, and then a person comes face to face with such a thing as extreme situations. It seems that nothing can be done or changed. It seems that a person has become a toy and a hostage of this state.

extreme situations

Psychologists divide all the events taking place in human life into four categories. The first includes the so-called predictable and ordinary situations where people can easily find solutions. The second type is intense events, where some efforts must be made to find a way out. The third category is complex or dangerous circumstances. To overcome them, you need to collect all your reserves and use all your abilities at the maximum level. Often, the way out of difficult situations involves the use of ultimate abilities. The fourth type is extreme situations, the positive outcome of which lies beyond the normal capabilities of a person. He needs to directly interact with the current situation.

There are several signs that combine all extreme situations:

1. Absolutely insurmountable (as it seems at first glance) obstacles that arose on the way to achieving any goal.

2. The maximum psychological tension that a person has ever experienced. It also includes all kinds of homo-sapiens reactions to these situations and the environment. Passing through these events is of great importance for a person. Sometimes the price of getting out of this set of circumstances is life.

3. The third factor, combining all extreme situations, is a dramatic change in the usual (usual) situation.

extreme situations of a criminal nature

It is under such circumstances that it is necessary to think clearly and soberly, not to panic and control, first of all, oneself. It should be noted that situations in which people are involved require quick, accurate assessment and prediction of their behavior. In most cases, it is extreme situations of a criminal nature that force a person to rethink their capabilities and correctly assess the risks and chances. You must be able to make decisions quickly, think logically and rationally. These situations include:

1) blackmail;

2) finding a person as a hostage;

3) extortion;

4) telephone hooliganism;

5) an uninvited "guest", etc.

extreme situations in nature

There are also extreme situations in nature in which a threat to one’s health, mental state or human life may arise. However, most of them can be avoided by following some rules. For example, do not explore unfamiliar swamps and rivers, caves and ravines. Do not go far if there are no special, at least initial orientation skills. However, an extreme situation in nature can develop into an emergency - an earthquake, drought, collapse, landslide, etc.

In any case, you must not lose your temper and try to soberly reason. After all, the final outcome of events depends on the person.
