Registration of public organizations is carried out in compliance with the standards specified in Law No. 129-F3 and No. 82-F3.

Registration of a public organization. Step-by-step instruction

Below we present a list of steps that must be taken to register a non-profit public association:

1. Select the founders of an NPO (nonprofit organization). There may be several or one. The list of eligible founders includes citizens of the Russian Federation, legal entities, as well as some categories of foreign citizens.
2. Select an organization name. The name must be completely in Russian, and also correspond to the type of activity. After registration, in accordance with the law, the title is transferred to the organization.

Application Review Periods

At the Ministry of Justice, an application is considered no more than 30 days after the submission of documents.
