Registration of public organizations is carried out in compliance with the standards specified in Law No. 129-F3 and No. 82-F3.
Before contacting a state body for the purpose of registering an association in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the founders must create a legal entity by voting, approve the charter and form the organization’s management. In addition, it is necessary to prepare a full package of required documents.
Where to go?
Before you figure out how to form a set of papers required for registration, you need to find out the organization that will accept and consider it.
In our state, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation deals with such issues, that is, the Ministry of Justice is responsible for registering public organizations in Russia. The list of functions includes registration of a legal entity, termination of its activities or reorganization.
After reviewing the package of documents, the Ministry of Justice decides to register the association or refuses such a procedure. In case of a positive review, the information is transmitted to the tax authority at the location of the organization. Here, the official representative of the association should receive registration documents, namely: TIN, certificates on making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and on registration with the tax authority, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Rosstat certificate of assigned codes, charter with the seal of the tax authority.
The Ministry of Justice has regional centers in each region. To submit documents, you must contact the office at the location of the organization. To register a public organization in Moscow, you should contact the Moscow Center of the Ministry of Justice.
