Stuffed tomatoes are cooked in the oven in just 20 minutes. However, before putting vegetables stuffed with meat there, they should be carefully and carefully processed. It is also worth noting that for the preparation of such a simple dish you can use not only minced meat and tomatoes, but also other hearty foods.
How to cook stuffed tomatoes in the oven
Essential ingredients for the dish:
- small onions - 100 g;
- round red ripe tomatoes - 1 kg;
- fresh meat without fat and bones (preferably veal or beef) - 500 g;
- hard cheese - 120 g;
- parsley - half a bunch;
- table salt - at the discretion;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- fat mayonnaise - 50 g;
- vegetable oil - for frying.

To quickly and tasty cook tomatoes stuffed with minced meat, it is recommended to take young calf meat without bones and fat. The product must be rinsed in cold water, cut into medium pieces and chopped in a meat grinder.
