For light cake we need:

- an egg;

- a glass of sour cream 20% fat;

- a glass of flour;

- sugar tastes;

- baking powder (5 grams);

- vanillin.

For dark cakes, the ingredients are similar plus 20 grams of cocoa powder.

For cream:

- a kilogram of sour cream;

- sugar.

Fruit layer:

- two bananas;

- a glass of walnuts;

- frozen cherry (200 grams).

Pancho cake takes about two hours to cook. From the above products, a rather large and satisfying cake of about 1.5 kg is obtained. If necessary, you can bake more cakes and increase the amount of sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a round or square shape and grease it with a piece of butter. First you need to bake a light, fluffy biscuit.

We drive an egg into a deep dish, beat it thoroughly with a mixer, then add sugar and continue to beat. We put baking powder, sour cream and sifted flour into the mass - mix well.

The result should be a thick dough that resembles sour cream. Similarly, prepare dark cakes, just add cocoa powder.

We take two greased forms, pour dark and light dough into them - bake for about an hour. After the cakes are ready - let them cool.

We cut the dark cake into two equal parts. The light biscuit and the second part of the dark biscuit need to be cut into small squares.

Cream: grind sour cream with sugar or powdered sugar until a thick homogeneous mass.

Cut bananas into slices, chop walnuts, and unfreeze cherries.

We form the Pancho cake: put the dark biscuit on a festive dish, immediately soak it with sour cream, you can also grease it with some kind of syrup or sweet water for softness and juiciness.

On top of the cream, put the biscuit cubes , bananas, cherries, chopped nuts - all grease with cream. So we alternate layer by layer until we get a cone.

The resulting "tower" is plentifully smeared with sour cream. If the cream drains, then it can be collected with a spoon and put back on the cake.

Put the Pancho cake in the refrigerator for two hours. After the cream has hardened, pour the cake with chocolate icing. Cooking it is simple and fast: melt chocolate (200 grams) together with butter (50 grams) in the microwave or in a water bath and pour a delicate stream of delicacy. We leave in the cold for a couple of hours.

It turns out a delicious sweet dessert, which will become not only a decoration on the table, but also a favorite dish. You can diversify pastries with fillings, for example, add kiwi, which will add sourness to the cake, or blueberries. It turns out very delicious with canned pineapple, coconut and raspberries.
