How to cook stuffed squid

Along with the restructuring in the territory of the post-Soviet space, there came products that Soviet people used to read only in books: pineapples, bananas, olives, etc. Of the many seafood that appeared on the table of ordinary people, squid, mussels, scallops, and octopuses turned out to be the most favorite. . We will need six hundred grams of shellfish, four hundred grams of white cabbage, three eggs and onions, a lemon, three hundred milliliters of tomato sauce, four tablespoons of vegetable oil, parsley and cilantro, seafood spices, ground black pepper and salt.

The cleaned and washed carcasses should be salted and seasoned with spices. Grind shredded cabbage until half cooked in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
