  • veal fillet without fatty layers - 200 g;
  • standard size chicken eggs (hard boil) - 3 pcs.;
  • common salt and allspice - add at your own discretion;
  • high-calorie mayonnaise - add to taste;
  • fresh or frozen cranberries - 50 g (to decorate the finished dish);
  • odorless sunflower oil - 45-55 ml;
  • white onions - 2 pcs.

Begin cooking such a dish by boiling the meat ingredient. To do this, it was decided to take a tender veal fillet without fat, wash it well, clean from all kinds of films and veins, and then boil in salt water for 55-65 minutes. Further, the product must be completely cooled and chopped on a very thin straw. After that, you need to peel the onion heads, green radish and carrots. The last two ingredients are recommended to grind on a special grater, designed for cooking Korean carrots. As for onions, it should be chopped into thin half rings.
