There are harmful sweets (these are all kinds of sweets, milk chocolate, cakes, etc.) and healthy. The latter include desserts and preparations from various fruits and berries. A particularly valuable characteristic of this berry / fruit dish is that the fruits in it retain their shape better and lose less nutrients than with traditional jam cooking.
