How to cook okroshka on a mineral water: a step-by-step recipe
Required Products:
- freshly picked small radish - 6 pcs;
- cooked sausage - 150 g;
- fresh greens (leek, dill, parsley) - half the bunch;
- mineral water (possible with gas and without) - 2 l;
- medium-sized young potatoes - 4 tubers;
- small fresh cucumber - 3-4 pcs;
- boiled chicken egg - 3 pcs;
- fresh lemon - Β½ part;
- high fat mayonnaise - 120 g;
- small iodized salt - at personal discretion.
The process of processing the main ingredients
Okroshka on a mineral water is cooked exactly like a similar dish with the addition of kvass. Wash potato tubers well and boil them with chicken eggs in salt water.
