Beans are an extremely healthy product. It goes well with pasta. There are many recipes for dishes with these ingredients.
A few words about beans
This product is considered extremely useful. In the cuisines of the peoples of the world, you can find dishes from both string beans and beans.
Both those and others contain many useful substances.
For example, green beans include:
- Folic acid. This hormone stabilizing substance has a very beneficial effect on the course of pregnancy and alleviates the unpleasant symptoms of menopause.
- Iron. Its presence allows us to consider green beans as a good helper for anemia.
- Magnesium. This substance has a positive effect on the nervous system and helps with apathy.
In addition, green beans contain a lot of fiber, contributing to the normalization of metabolic processes.
As for beans, they are rich in high-quality protein and a number of vitamins necessary for the normal functioning of the human body.
First recipe
If you are waiting for guests any minute, then the dish will become a real lifesaver, which, in addition to the main ingredients, includes:
- 1 onion head;
- 1 bell pepper peeled from seeds and stalk (preferably red);
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- some chili pepper;
- vegetable oil;
- basil;
- some dried mint.
Cooking
400 g of beans are boiled. Also come with 200 g of pasta. Onions and garlic are peeled and finely chopped. Bell pepper cut into strips.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Spread onion and garlic. Fried. Add pepper and stew for several minutes. Spread the beans. Continue to simmer, covering. Stir from time to time.
After the beans are softened, already cooked pasta is spread on the pan. Add spices and salt. Stir and warm for a couple of minutes.
Before serving, you can sprinkle the dish with parsley.
Spaghetti Recipe
As you know, pasta dishes are an integral part of Italian cuisine. They are usually cooked using tomatoes.
So string beans with pasta, for example with spaghetti, will be tastier if you add a tomato touch to the dish.
You will need:
- 300 g of spaghetti;
- 0.5 kg of green beans (frozen);
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 400 g of tomatoes;
- 2 tbsp. l tomato paste;
- spices and salt;
- 1 bunch of basil;
- 100 g of cheese and olive or other vegetable oil.
Cooking
Beans with pasta are boiled for 15 minutes in salted water (can be taken separately). Throw back to a colander. Tomatoes are cut crosswise from above. Pour boiling water over them and peel them. Cut the pulp into cubes. Wash basil and take it apart. Spread greens, tomatoes and garlic in a blender. Make mashed potatoes from them. Stir it with half the cheese. Add olive oil, pepper and salt.
Pour beans and pasta into the resulting sauce. Stew for another 5 minutes. Lay out the dish on plates. Sprinkle beans with pasta, parmesan or other grated cheese. Spread the tomato cubes on top.
Italian Bean with Pasta in Italian
Fajoli pasta is popular in all corners of the Apennine Peninsula. To prepare it, you need: 0.5 l of meat broth, 100 g of tomatoes, 1 sprig of celery, 2 peeled cloves of garlic, 1 small carrot, 400 g of red beans, 70 g of bacon, 1 head of onion.
Cooking
Finely chop the bacon. Pour half into a pot of boiling oil. Add chopped garlic, celery, onions and carrots. Tomatoes peel. The pulp is cut into cubes. After the vegetables are fried, spread the tomatoes. In another pan, mix the remaining bacon with soaked overnight and well-boiled beans. Lightly fry and pour in the remaining broth. Boil until boiling liquid for three quarters. Add bay leaf, sage and herbs, which are then removed.
Beans are combined with boiled pasta, for example with Ditaloni. Lay out the dish on plates. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or pour over olive oil.
