This must be done quickly. If the dough is not going to lump, add milk. Before baking the cake at home, put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. Make a cream of five baked apples (they need to be mashed) with butter (soft, but not melted, in an amount of 150 g). These ingredients need to be whipped with half a glass of sugar. You can flavor the cream with vanilla, cinnamon, cognac.

At the end of whipping, add 200 g of the maximum fat cream. Bake 4 cakes, dividing the dough into equal parts. Before placing the rolled seam in the oven, prick it with a knife or a toothpick. cake, shape them with a knife. Cover the product with cling film and place a small load on top. In this form, the cake should spend 12 hours in a cold place. Then it can be decorated with gingerbread crumbs, cinnamon and icing sugar. An ornament from slices of stewed apples and whole star anise star flowers will look original. You can dip the mint leaves in melted chocolate - they will serve as an excellent decoration. Also a good decoration option is to cut the cake into cakes and decorate each one with cream.
Bake a light cake from one cake
