This is an ideal baking dish for a lean diet. Suitable for tea drinking at any time, as it will not leave any marks on your figure. The combination of the taste of honey mushrooms, pickled cucumbers and rye dough will not leave indifferent any eater, having struck even gourmets on the spot.

Ingredients:

  • half a liter of water;
  • two glasses of rye flour + some wheat (how much dough will take);
  • a pack of dry yeast (10-15 grams);
  • a teaspoon of salt;
  • three tablespoons of sugar;
  • a third of a glass of sunflower oil;
  • two onions;
  • a pair of garlic cloves;
  • a pound of honey mushrooms (fresh, dry, frozen - any);
  • 3-4 medium-sized pickles (but not gherkins, if they are, then it will take 8-10 pieces);
  • seasonings.

It will take about 2.5 hours to cook, but it's worth it. The ingredients are prescribed for the cake for 7 people.

As in the preparation of the usual yeast dough on milk and eggs, for the yeast dough you need to prepare a dough, otherwise it will rise slightly.

  1. In water, dilute yeast, sugar, salt. Add a glass of rye flour, cover with a film, leave for 15 minutes in order for the yeast to start working - this is a couple.
  2. Then pour in the oil, add rye flour - a glass, add wheat - as much as you need for an elastic dough. Cover the dough with a foil or a lid, put it in a warm place to raise it.

The filling is extremely simple:

  1. Honey mushrooms are wood mushrooms, and before frying, they must also be boiled. Put a pot of water on the stove, add a tablespoon of salt. After boiling, pour mushrooms, cook 5-7 minutes after boiling water again. Drain the liquid, cool and cut the mushrooms.
  2. Fry mushrooms with chopped garlic in a pan in any vegetable oil.
  3. Fry the chopped pickles in another pan without oil. As soon as the maximum liquid evaporates from them, add a little sunflower oil, chopped onions. SautΓ©.
  4. Combine the cucumbers, mushrooms - this is our delicious filling!

Putting the pie together:

Divide the resulting dough into as many parts as you will cook pies with pickles. Some have enough for one, others have two or three, it all depends on the size of the form.

Divide each piece into two more halves - top and bottom. Roll one half, put in a form, on it - a filling. Cover with the second rolled half. Put the baked pie with pickles at 180 degrees until tender.

Such a pie also does not contain anything prohibited in fasting or for the diet of vegetarians. Very tasty, satisfying pastries with an original taste.

Ingredients:

For the test you will need all the same as in the first recipe for pickled cakes. Prepare the dough, and then start the dough, as it is written there.

For filling:

  • two tomatoes;
  • one bell pepper;
  • carrot;
  • bulb;
  • basil, dill;
  • 4-5 medium sized pickles;
  • a tablespoon of tomato paste, a little more is possible;
  • salt;
  • favorite spices and seasonings.

Making a Tart with Juicy Tomato Filling and Pickles

Cooking toppings:

  1. Two pans will come in handy. In one you need to fry the chopped cucumbers. In a second pan, heat the oil, first fry the onions, carrots, then add the bell peppers and tomatoes. As soon as the liquid remains at least, add the paste, fry until it turns orange.
  2. Combine the cucumbers and other ingredients of the filling, add salt as needed, season.

Roll out the dough. Put one part into the mold, cover with the filling. Put the second part of the dough, fasten the edges.
