For protein cream you will need:
- four egg whites;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- citric acid 1/3 teaspoon.
Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat them with a mixer, add sugar and citric acid, beat with a mixer again, mix well. Put the resulting mixture into a water bath and whisk continuously for 10 minutes. Remove the cream from the bath and beat for another five minutes until a thick white mass is formed.
Cooking Fairy Cake
Place the bottommost cake on a dish or cake stand. Lubricate it with boiled condensed milk, the layer can be made five millimeters thicker. Put sliced โโfruits on top of a layer of condensed milk. In the same way, the second cake is laid on top of the first, and the very last top is smeared with peanut butter without adding fruit.
