Products that we will need for this dish:

  • white cabbage - 2.5 kg;
  • average carrot - 5 pcs.;
  • garlic - 5-7 cloves;
  • vinegar - half a liter;
  • water - 2.5 liters;
  • sugar - 45 g;
  • salt - 0.5 cups;
  • vegetable oil - 250 ml;
  • bay leaf - 3-4 pcs.

First, let's clean the bell peppers. We rinse it under running water and remove all the insides (the seeds can be easily removed by pressing the stalk inward, and then pulling it back).
