How to draw tanks with a child?

Scientists have long proved that a child does not fully develop his horizons if he is not taught to draw as early as possible. With enthusiasm, leading with felt-tip pens, a brush or pencils over a sheet of paper, the baby develops finger motility and eye measurement.

Both boys and girls love to draw. But they want to portray completely different objects. Kids will want to depict flowers, the sun, animals. And boys often draw cars, tanks, explosions. Older guys want a more realistic image. Therefore, parents are often asked to draw with them. Try to draw a tank with your little son.

The drawing consists of simple geometric shapes: rectangles, ovals, squares, triangles, circles. Having “assembled” a composition from them, you only need to refine the characteristic contours of the tank a little: correct the corners with an eraser, depict some small details. They are applied in the last turn.

How to draw a tank in stages? For children, small details are not very significant. It is enough for them to make the image with their contours look like a famous tank. So, we follow the steps:

1. In the middle of the sheet, draw an elongated rectangle from the bottom and add a triangle on both sides.
2. We slightly round their outer corners and carefully erase the excess lines with an eraser. Ready contours of the undercarriage of a military tank - caterpillars.
3. Inside the drawn structure, we depict several circles.

4. The tank needs armor. To do this, you will have to draw a small rectangle above the tracks that does not extend beyond the boundaries of the tracks. Draw a small semicircle above the armor. This is the observation tower of our tank.
5. It remains to depict the real battle gun in the drawing. It looks like a narrow long rectangle. And to make it look more like a military cannon, round one edge.
6. At the end of the gun, draw a flame arrester. It is very simple: we will draw a square at some distance from the end of the gun.

When the drawing is finished, it needs to be painted. Give the color choice to the child. He will feel that the whole drawing was drawn by himself. Advise to decorate the image with a red star, as in real battle tanks.
