To cook meat, you will need at least 250 grams of pulp, five eggs, a dozen mushrooms (champignons), a tablespoon of white wine and one hundred grams of soy sauce, a tablespoon of peanut butter, one onion, ginger root.

Cooking pork in a double boiler, the recipe of which we offer, is very simple. To begin with, it will be necessary to process the meat. To do this, the tenderloin will need to be washed and dried, then cut into portions. Hard-boiled eggs, then peel and put in soy sauce for a few minutes to marinate.

Prepared pieces of pork will need to be fried in well-heated oil over high heat, after which, in a separate frying pan, achieve the appearance of a golden crust from previously prepared and pickled eggs. After they are fried, they will need to be cut into cubes and put on top of the prepared meat in a steaming bowl, sprinkle with onion rings and ginger grated on top, and leave to cook for 20-30 minutes.

We pass the champignons in a plentiful amount of oil, after which we put them on a plate, pouring meat and eggs on top. This is all - pork in a double boiler (the recipe, as we see, is simple) is ready.

To prepare this dish we need 1.5 - 2 kilograms of fillet, three medium-sized onions, one - two tomatoes, salt and spices.

Preparing pickled pork in a baking bag is very simple. First, the meat will need to be washed thoroughly, and then dried using paper towels. Season it with spices and salt. Tomatoes and onions are cut into rings. Next, we lay out the foil, on which we place part of the prepared vegetables, meat, covering it on all sides with the remains of vegetables. Pack the pork. We put it in the refrigerator for a day so that it is well marinated.

After a day, the vegetables can be removed, while the meat itself is fried in a whole piece in a well-heated Teflon pan without oil. When it is fried, it will need to be packed in a baking bag and sent to the oven.

Those who like baked vegetables can use a separate sleeve for baking tomatoes and onions. Here you need to consider that vegetables can quickly lose shape and turn into porridge, so you need to cook them carefully. As a side dish, you can add salt-grated young potatoes with peel to the baking bag with pork, it will turn out very tasty and satisfying!

Oven marinated pork using tea as marinade

The dish is unique in that tea is used for marinade, due to which the meat becomes tender, soft and very tasty.

To cook pork, we need 600-700 grams of meat, several medium-sized tomatoes, onions, two or three teaspoons of soy sauce, one and a half teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, three tablespoons of tea, a spoon of sugar, spices and salt to taste.

Cooking begins with the preparation of the marinade. To do this, pour tea with boiling water, insist for 10-15 minutes, then add salt, pepper and sugar there, cool. We wash the pork, dry it, cut into portions, put it in the cooled marinade for about an hour.

We cut the tomatoes in neat cubes, chop the onion, add sugar, salt and vinegar to the vegetables to taste.

In a prepared baking dish, put some vegetables, pieces of pork, then cover the meat with the remaining vegetables, cover the form with foil or a lid, if any, put in a preheated oven.

We bake the dish for an hour, after which we leave it in the already turned off oven for another 10-15 minutes to form a special delicate aroma and taste.
