Those who want to add sour cream to fried cabbage and mushrooms can do this in the last minutes of cooking. Then you need to stew the cabbage for an additional 2-4 minutes. You can add 2-4 tablespoons of sour cream.

Another popular combination is fried cabbage with sausage. This dish is usually cooked quickly. Sausage can be cut into small pieces and fried after cabbage is ready for another 5-7 minutes. If you want to use large pieces of sausage, it is recommended to fry it separately until fully cooked.

Fried cabbage is recommended to be used in freshly prepared form. Young children can cook cabbage with a small amount of butter and water or broth, and then grind it to the consistency of mashed potatoes in a blender.
