  • Chicken meat - 300-500 gr. Take any part of the carcass. Pulp or bones - it does not matter.
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pieces of medium size.
  • Carrots - 1 piece. If you want to get a more saturated color of soup, then take a large carrot. If you do not love her, then you can not add.
  • Lean oil without aroma - 3 tbsp. l
  • Bay leaf - 1 pc. Optionally, you can increase the amount.
  • Bulb - 1 large head.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Various herbs and spices can also be used if desired.

Wash potatoes and carrots. Remove the peel from the surface of the potato and do not forget about the β€œeyes”, remove them too. Cut the potato into pieces.

Do the same with carrots: wash and peel. Next, you need to wipe it. There are gourmets who simply adore carrot slices in dishes. For such people, you can chop the root crop larger: in pieces or patch.

Free the bulb from the husk and the upper covering layer. Cut off the nose and tail. Everything, the bulb is ready. It can be cut as you like. Those who do not want to see boiled onions in their dinner do the following: cut it into two halves and cook with the rest of the products. When the soup is ready, take out the onions and discard.

Rinse the poultry meat in cold water and cut off what you don't like. Divide into several pieces. Products are prepared, now it’s up to you to make soup.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and set the "Frying" mode. Then send carrots and onions to the slow cooker (if you are chopped). When the vegetables are lightly browned, cancel the program.

Lay the chicken and fill it with warm water, cover with a lid. In the "Soup" mode stand for 15 minutes. Cancel the mode and collect the foam formed in the process.

To the chicken, directly into the broth, pour the potatoes and add the bay leaf, salt. Cover and set the "Extinguishing" program. Time not less than 40 minutes. In multicookers with the "Soup" program, you need to cook the dish in this mode, too, 40 minutes.

3-5 minutes before the end of the cooking cycle, open the multicooker lid and add the finished homemade noodles. The exact amount, again, depends on your preference. Many simply adore thick, rich chicken soup with homemade noodles. And for this reason, more noodles are added. For connoisseurs of liquid soup, you need to reduce its amount - one and a half handful will be just right.

Add pepper and those spices that seem appropriate to you in the dish. Also sprinkle with various green herbs. Quickly return the lid to its original position and wait for the cooking to finish.
