Summer is a time when markets are full of a wide variety of fruits and berries. Of these, you can make not only stewed fruits, boil preserves and cut salads, seasoning them with whipped cream. There is a great opportunity to create a chic cool dessert, which is called fruit jelly.

This dish is not just beautiful, it is also very tasty. In addition, it does not require a lot of time for cooking. Perfectly decorate the dining and festive table. Even the girls who follow the figure are always happy to treat themselves to this delicacy, as the product is low-calorie.

Berry jelly

You can make jelly from any berries that are in the refrigerator or just picked in the garden. To create such a dessert, you will need apple and raspberry juice (each one and a half glasses each), of course, gelatin (about 15 grams), several types of berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries).

It is enough to take the juice (any of the proposed) and 4 tablespoons to pour into a small saucepan. All gelatin should be filled in there. Mixing thoroughly, leave the resulting mixture for 5 minutes. After this, the pan is put on low heat so that the gelatin is completely dissolved in the juice. When heated, the contents of the container must be stirred continuously. As soon as the gelatin dissolves, you can add all the available juice and heat the mixture for another 2-3 minutes over a fire. Only after this time can the resulting warm liquid be filtered through a sieve.

All berries should be already washed and prepared by this time. They are laid out in containers. The main thing is that they are warm. Otherwise, falling into unheated vases, the jelly will turn into lumps. After the berries are filled with warm liquid, the containers are sent to the refrigerator, where jelly is formed within an hour or two. And now, the dessert is ready!

Winter fruit jelly

Even if there is winter or late autumn in the yard and there are problems with fresh fruits on the market, you can make jelly from frozen fruits that are sold in every store. To do this, you need frozen pineapples, peaches or cherries. It is desirable that there are several varieties of fruit. Gelatin is again useful. It should be at least 2 sachets. Sugar and compote are required (any: from quince, cherry or apricot).

First you need to knead all the fruits with a blender. You get mashed potatoes, which must be filtered through pure cheesecloth. Cold, but already boiled water is poured into the resulting mass a little so that the jelly turns out beautiful, tasty and transparent. The fruit mixture must be put on a slow fire. The most important thing is that you do not need to let this puree boil so that the beautiful and rich color of the future jelly is not lost. It should be noted that puree from each specific type of fruit is prepared separately, independently of each other. Then sugar is added to taste (as much as you like).

Meanwhile, gelatin needs to be soaked so that it swells and only then added to the upcoming fruit dessert. Put a few tablespoons of swollen gelatin in each saucepan. The first fruit puree is poured into containers (it can be bowls, bowls, glasses) and cleaned in the refrigerator. After the jelly has cooled slightly, add a second layer on top and put it back in the refrigerator. Finally, the last layers can be from compote.

Fruit jelly is an excellent dessert that will save from vitamin deficiency in winter frosts and add vitality! Among other things, this is a real masterpiece, a work of culinary art that can serve as a real table decoration.

How to make fruit jelly just

Exotic fruits also produce amazing jelly. It only takes an hour. Prepare in advance will have pineapple, banana, grapes, peach, sugar and gelatin. All fruits are cut into small pieces. First of all, pineapple and peach come in handy. Because it is from them that sweet compote will be cooked. Pour these fruits with 2 cups of cold boiled water, add sugar and boil until boiling.

Meanwhile, the gelatin should already be flooded. All fruit is taken from the compote, laid out in a bowl, and a banana with grapes is added there. And the swollen gelatin interferes with the liquid; on fire, the whole mixture is stirred until it becomes homogeneous, after which it should be poured into a bowl and sent to the refrigerator. Voila - the gorgeous fruit jelly is done!
