We heat our oven to two hundred degrees. We take the meat out of the refrigerator. We take a moderately deep form for the preparation of cutlets. Generously coat it with a large amount of vegetable oil. We make medium-sized cutlets from minced meat with Hercules. We lay the products on a baking sheet, observing a small distance between them. Lightly press on each cutlet with your hand to get flattened workpieces. We place the form with cutlets in the bowels of the oven. We cook them for twelve minutes until a crispy crust forms on the bottom. Then remove from the oven, turn on the second side, put in the heat for another twelve minutes.
