What thin pancake recipe is right for you?

Necessary ingredients: thin pancakes; filling of two types; 2 eggs; breadcrumbs; vegetable oil for frying.

Stuffing No. 1: eggs 6-8 pcs.; stale loaf; butter 50 gr.; salt; green onions.

Cooking method:

Cool hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel, cut into cubes. Grind the butter to a cream and mix it with eggs, long loaf, chopped green onions, salt. In the pre-cooked pancakes, put the filling, roll the pancakes in a tube, brew in a beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Pancake patties are recommended to be served with a salad of fresh vegetables.

It is worth applying the recipe for thin pancakes for pies with mushrooms.

Stuffing No. 2: champignons 600g .; bulbs 2 pcs.; breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons; salt; spice; vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

Peel the mushrooms, rinse, cut the legs, then cut into strips and boil in salted water. Grind onions and fry in vegetable oil. Combine the mushrooms, onions, crushed crackers, salt, add spices and mix well. Next, the sequence of actions is the same as in the previous recipe.

True connoisseurs who want to enjoy the taste of their favorite pancakes without being distracted by the filling are recommended to cook "Lace Pancakes" (otherwise - thin pancakes with holes).

Necessary ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour; 1 ½ -2 cups of any fermented milk product (kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt, whey); 2 eggs; ½ teaspoon of salt; sugar 1-2 tablespoons; soda, extinguished by lemon juice.

Cooking method:

Sift flour through a sieve twice. Beat eggs in lush foam. Carefully, so as not to damage the foam, combine the eggs with flour, sugar, salt, slaked soda and add the fermented milk product.

Pour a spoonful of vegetable oil into the dough and mix everything until smooth.

Necessary ingredients: milk 1 liter; flour 3 cups (preferably, take premium flour); eggs 3 pcs.; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; salt; 50 gr Sahara; quenched with lemon juice, soda.

Cooking method:

Insert eggs into warmed milk and beat thoroughly with a whisk. Continuing to beat, add vegetable oil first, and then sugar, soda and salt.

Sift the flour and gradually add to the remaining ingredients, making sure that no lumps form. The dough should be more liquid than for ordinary pancakes.

Fry pancakes in a heated pan, which is smeared with oil only before baking the first pancake.

Thin pancakes with milk are recommended to be served with honey, jam, sweet sauce or sour cream.

There are some general rules for making pancakes, which it is advisable to follow in order to obtain a quality result.
