  • large onion head;
  • processed cheese weighing about 100 g;
  • pearl barley - 150 g;
  • salt, pepper, herbs;
  • sour cream as an addition (dressing) to the soup.

Step-by-step technology

How is mycelium prepared? The recipe for this soup contains several types of mushrooms, but you can use the one that you like best.

1st step

Rinse thoroughly all mushrooms. Grind if the hats are large, small can be left whole. From the indicated amount of ingredients, you should get a 3-liter pot of soup. So, place the washed mushrooms in water and put on a stove for boiling.

Rinse the pearl barley and immediately add to the mushrooms. Cook foods together for 20 minutes. At the beginning of boiling, do not forget to remove the foam. Put pepper and salt. The last ingredient can be replaced with soy sauce. It will give mushrooms a more expressive taste.

Peel the carrots and onions. Then cut into small pieces. Combine them in vegetable oil in a pan. Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.

4th step

After boiling pearl barley and mushrooms for 20 minutes, you can add potatoes to them. After another 10 minutes - frying of onions and carrots.

  • champignon mushrooms - 800 g;
  • potatoes in an amount of 200 g (about 2 medium root crops);
  • one small carrot (about 70 g);
  • one or two onion heads;
  • millet - 50 g;
  • a slice (about 20 g) of butter;
  • dill, salt;
  • sour cream as a complement to the dish.

Wash the mushrooms, if necessary, cut them into small slices. Fill with water and set to cook on the stove. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut into small pieces (for carrots, use a coarse grater). Fry onions and carrots in butter. After the foam is removed from the mushroom broth , potatoes can be attached to the mushrooms. Rinse millet and add to pan. After 15 minutes, put the vegetable fry. Boil the soup until the ingredients are ready. At the end, add chopped dill and salt to taste.
