  1. We clean and wash the vegetables.

  4. We put vegetables in the pan and pour cold water. Bring to a boil, add salt and add greens.

Cooking

We need: rice, lean oil, garlic, salt.

  1. Peel a few cloves of garlic. We make cuts on both sides.
  2. In a stewpan, heat the oil (a few spoons) and fry the garlic there until golden.
  3. We take out the garlic and fry the rice in the same oil for several minutes until it becomes transparent.
  4. Pour rice with water (according to the good old recipe: 1 part cereal and 2 parts water, that is, if you have a glass of rice, you need to take two glasses of liquid), salt and cover with a lid.
  5. Cook on the smallest fire for about 15 minutes.
  6. Thus, all the introduced water has time to boil, and the side dish is friable and fragrant.

Usually on the packet write the time of preparation of the flour product. As a rule, it is 10-15 minutes. It’s not worth digesting, as they can stick together and ruin the whole appearance. Then we drain the water, and add oil to the hot pasta. Mix and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
