Sergeyeva Galina, an actress from the very “origins” of the Soviet theater and cinema, was born even before the revolution - in 1914. Her small homeland was the village of Nizhny Kotly (now this territory is part of Moscow). At the age of 16, a gifted girl is admitted to the Studio Theater under the direction of Simonov, with this team in the capital she will work for almost 9 years. After that, Sergeyev will be replaced by the theater 3 more times and “live” on the stage a successful acting career. All this time did not change the place of residence.
Also 7 times will receive an invitation to play a movie from the best Soviet directors. Sergeyeva Galina is not one of the actresses who “fanatically” played roles all her life, including her old age. At some point, she stopped performing in the theater. And in the frame, the woman starred for the last time back in 1942 during the war.
The great actress, who was born in 1914, lived long enough and saw the “collapse” of her former homeland. The woman died in 2000, when she was already 86 years old.

Galina in due time will receive a cinematic education and will prepare to play roles in the frame. The girl entered the VGIK (All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after Gerasimov). Instead of a movie actress, Sergeyev becomes a theater star, and for most of her career, she will work on stage in four different groups.
