early years

Baranov Vladimir Nikolaevich was born on May 26, 1956 in the city of Ryazan in the family of an agronomist (father) and a forensic expert (mother). Father died shortly after the birth of the boy. In addition to Vladimir, three more children grew up in the family. He received a theater education in his city, graduating from a local school. His teachers were folk artists V. Nelsky and F. Shishigin. In 1976, Baranov got a job at the Yaroslavl Drama Theater, having worked there for three years.
